Adedipe Dauda Ewenla Named 2024 Real Estate Investor of the Year
In a glittering ceremony that highlighted excellence in real estate, Prince Amb (Dr) Adedipe Dauda Ewenla, Managing Director and CEO of Adedas Group, was honoured with the prestigious award of Outstanding Real Estate Investor of the Year 2024. The award, presented by Lovethpara Ekufu, the convener of the Diamond Superstars Promotion, recognises Adedipe’s exceptional contributions to the industry, his mentorship, and his leadership in inspiring youth.
In a heartfelt address, Ekufu explained the decision to present the award, saying, “We have read extensively about your exceptional entrepreneurial spirit, your mentorship, and your leadership, which have greatly impacted the youth. It was a unanimous choice.”
Adedipe, a seasoned real estate expert, is known for his innovative approach to property development. In his acceptance speech, Adedipe expressed his gratitude for the recognition. “I cannot thank you enough for choosing me for this international award.
