Glo receives accolades as telco gives out business class tickets to 5 HNI customers
The Lagos State Commissioner for Women Affairs, Mrs Cecilia Bolaji Dada, has lauded digital solutions provider, Globacom, for its commitment to the well-being of its teeming subscribers. She noted that the company had over the years established a reputation for always putting the interest of subscribers first at all times by ensuring that they get rewarded for their patronage.
The Commissioner made the remark at Gloworld, Adeola Odeku, Victoria Island, on Friday at the second prize presentation event of Globacom’s on-going promo, Festival of Joy. 5 winners were presented with business class return tickets (Lagos-Paris-London-Lagos) at the event.
According to her, “I commend Glo for the good work they are doing for Nigerians. Fantastic customer relationship is key to Glo, that’s why we are all with the network. I encourage the subscribers to keep recharging. If you don’t win now, you will later”.
In his own remarks, representative of National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC), Lagos office), Mr Arinze Ezeani, stated that Globacom has conformed with all rules and regulations regarding the promo. He said Nigerians should continue to recharge on the network, I assure them that when anyone wins in the promo, Glo will deliver their prizes”.
Also brand influencer and Nollywood star, Tobi Bakre, said the network has become just more than a means of communication, it had also become the conveyor of good news for him while Osas Ighodaro congratulated the winners, pointing out the fact that giving back to subscribers has always been a strong passion of the network. “Glo has been doing it over the years ans we appreciate the company for these gestures,” she said.
The winners present included Prince Adebisi Kolawole Osideinde, Baale of Irisa Community, Isara Remo, Ogun State, Engineer Sunday Shobowale and Olusola Adepoju. They all thanked Globacom for giving them opportunity to win in the promo.
