PRESIDENT TRUMP IN FRESH TROUBLE OVER US ELECTION BIDEN
In the on going general election in the United States of America, USA, the Democratic presidential candidate, Joe Biden has reacted to President Donald Trump over the comment that counting of votes should stop.
Daily Global News reports that Biden, in a news conference, on Thursday said called for patience and restated that “every vote must be counted.”
Daily Global News understands that Joe Biden was reacting to President Trump who had called for the votes counting to be stopped.
We can recall that President Trump has taken to Twitter to demand that the ongoing votes counting of the US election 2020 should be immediately put on hold in a tweet that garnered over 1.5 comments in few minutes of the tweet from Trump. The US President simply tweeted: “STOP THE COUNT”.
Reacting to Trump’s call, Joe Biden said, “The senator and I continue to feel very good about where things stand. We have no doubt that when the count is finished Sen. Harris and I will be declared the winners.
“So, I ask everyone to stay calm — all people to stay calm. The process is working. The count is being completed. And we’ll know very soon.
“So thank you all for your patience but we’ve got to count the votes.”
